S.A.S.L. is primarily a men's league for recreational players. You must be at least twenty-one years old to participate. There are three divisions this season; 21 & Over, 1st Division and 40 & Over, 1st & 2nd Divisions. We play two seasons, Fall (starting in September) and Winter (starting in January). Each season includes 10 games.
We have been doing this for over twenty years. The league currently has twenty eight teams. SASL is affiliated with the USA Soccer Federation/FIFA. If you are interested in playing soccer in the Sacramento area, please let us know.
